Adobe Systems Announces Acrobat 9

June 2 2008 - Adobe announced Adobe® Acrobat® 9 software. For the first time, Acrobat 9 provides native support for Adobe Flash technology, enabling users to include Adobe Flash Player compatible video in PDF documents. Recipients just need free Adobe Reader® 9 software to view the content.

The Acrobat 9 family consists of Acrobat 9 Standard, Acrobat 9 Pro, and the new Acrobat 9 Pro Extended software and is expected to ship in July 2008.

Scottish Adobe InDesign User Community

Adobe InDesign has brought a unique toolset to the creation of printed and electronic documentation and, over the years, Tidalfire has had the pleasure of introducing hundreds of creative professionals to this fantastic application.

Tidalfire Wine Tasting - 'Know Your Classics'

Tidalfire's Open Evenings have always been geared towards providing information in a relaxed and social setting and our forthcoming wine tasting event is no exception. We have teamed up with local Edinburgh wine merchants L'Art du Vin to organise a wine tasting event.

'Know your Classics' is an introduction to wine tasting technique and classic grape varieties from around the world.

Date: Thursday 26 June 2008

Time: Registration at 5.45pm; Tasting: 6pm - 7.30pm

Fee: £10.00 per person
